At the June workshop Kenzie Mullen will teach us how to make an Origami Screen Structure that was designed by Margo Klass. This is a great structure to display beautiful photographs or art work.
Materials
and tools to make this pop out card:
- Two (2) pieces of cardstock or Mi-Teintes 8 1/2" by 5 1/2". One piece should be plain colored and the other can be plain or have any design.
- One (1) image 3 1/4" x 6"
- Accent pieces 3/4" x 6" (these pieces can be colored paper that slightly varies or contrasts nicely from the plain colored paper above).
Tools:
- Ruler
- Pencil and eraser
- Graduated measuring rulers 1" and 3/4" if you have them. (While not necessary, these can be purchased at larger hardware stores. They're called K & S Metal Stock.)
- Cutting board
- Craft Knife
- Glue Stick
- Double-sided tape
- Scoring tool or scoring bone folder
- Bone folder
