February Valentine Workshop

Valentine Making with Lorraine Miller-Wolf

Valentines by Lorraine
Lorraine explains her generous, ongoing community project:
“For the past 8 years, my friends and I have been making handmade Valentines that are distributed to kidney dialysis patients, senior lunch site participants, seniors receiving home-delivered meals and convalescent patients. As you can imagine, these valentines are greatly appreciated and enjoyed by the recipients. I have received some from NORBAG members the past few years. This year, all of you coming to the February meeting will have the opportunity to participate in this community outreach program. The more cards made, the more people get these sweet little gifts of TLC! ”

Lorraine will bring paper, rubber stamps, stamps, etc. to share. Please feel free to bring your own supplies, as well as extras to share with others. FYI...no envelopes are needed...just the cards in whatever size/shape you'd like to make them

If you aren't able to attend the meeting but would like to provide some valentines, please contact Lorraine (see newsletter for details) and she will make arrangements to pick them up by February 11.
